Agreed as they are probably not reusable.

Hmmmmm...now I'm wondering if my waterbed mattresses could be used in the same way.  We have three waterbeds in the house.  I'll bet we could sterilize one of them and fill it with fresh water.  I forget how many gallons the California King holds, but it's a LOT!

Cool!  I just googled it and it holds over 400 gallons of water!  And it CAN be used for potable water as long as it's drained every year and we add 2 oz of bleach per 120 gallons.

So, potentially, I have over a thousand gallons of emergency water.  Yay! :thumbsup:

Nice one Holly, and i am sure they would be a lot more durable than the BOB.

Arnt you supposed to add something to the water in a water bed anyway to stop fungal growth
