Nice...I like it.  The capitol letter version.  lower case is ok too, but the capitol version seems to "pop" more.

I don't think it will on a wooden coin.  You might take a wood texture or bmp and put behind and see if you don't think the same.

I think it looks good...I'd call it "done".  I often have to grab Tess and tell her, "Quit fooling with it...it's done!!"  Artists are that way.

If the printer you have has the option for printing on transparencies, you might get some dowel, cut thin slices, sand, then get a label sheet, full size, of the transparent labels.  Good way to make up some mock-ups before committing to an expensive printing job.

One suggestion...Keep all the WILDSURVIVE stuff on one side and design the back with the groundspeak site and the disclaimer that this is an official game piece, replace in cache, do not keep....standard caching stuff.

Otherwise, it's a great design!

I bet single-sided's cheaper.  And then the individual could put something of their own on the reverse.

I think it would be cool if we let them keep the coin.  That way the word can spread about the site.   Kinda like a bumper sticker for geocaching.  Let the people collect them.

King, SK, you guys rock!

Dave,

I had been thinking of the "non trackable" coins too, but the difference in price is not that much more for a trackable and I figured our name would get more exposure going from cache to cache. You know, people pick em out of caches and keep them for a few weeks before placing them again. Some people will keep them and some will get traded at events.

My 2 cents.

We'll get that inforamtion at the design stage. They'll send us a proof for us to authorize before production.

I sent one design to a coin maker. All you have to do is send the jpeg image as an attachment and they can take it from there. I asked if they had wooden coins and maybe two colors and one side printing just to see what the final cost is.

This out fit can sell them for you. All we would have to do is buy them from the supplier instead of mailing them all over the place.

Since this was Rockys idea (sort of)  :P  Ill let him take it from here.    :peace:
