I've been converted to cooking on the trail - it tastes so much better
I usually go once a week hiking - but have never been bothered to cook anything during the 1 day hike. I usually take some cold food with me, some chocolate bars and water. But now I'm considering building a stove for some quick tasty meals

All you need is 3 cans of beer - and a little time, and you save 100$. With this kind of stove you can prepare something really fast while taking a break. Or thats how I imagine it - when I'll finish it I will post a review. The problem is I can't find that exact type of beer can. Here Heineken has a different can than in the UK.
