That meal looked pretty good. The only mushroom I have ate is morels.... When I find pieces of them in my food other than morels, I throw them off to the side. Just never aquirred a taste for anything But Morels.....Sooo, tell me how good that kind is... Maybe I will try one.....

Thanks for the replies guys :)
Its not really traditional Romanian food. And the mushrooms were DELICIOUS, but then again I like mushrooms - so your results may vary... this kind don't have a strong mushroom taste - so even though you don't like mushrooms in general, you may enjoy these.

Damn that looks really good Bravo, now I'm gonna have to try those mushrooms, lol, looks like you used two whole cloves, you must like garlic as much as I do. BTW...never saw any hat...pics may need reducing a bit...only see two generations too...well and the hand of the third...I guess

That looks good. I think Mist will kick himself now for telling him

Good going Bravo.

Are you kidding..I was hoping he would come up with something good like this! I like that mushroom recipe a lot.

Besides...mine is still more primitive  :P

Here's my guess....BigBlue is going to have this last minute entry with 8 courses all made from a stove carved out of ironwood and a full set of cooking utensils whittled from some hardwood tree he saw on a 30 mile hike to find the "perfect" mushroom for the reux needed for 3 of the 8 courses. Desert (2 of the courses) will consist of some exotic berry that is only germinated if some rare seagoing bird poops on it during the third phase of venus when the moon is aligned with virgo exactly at 1200 zulu! Then to top it off he'll have chainsawed a block of sea ice and rendered it into an elaborate "ice" carving depicting Swede and Mistwalker in thier birthday suits frozen in a pose of two ancient greco-roman wrestlers fighting over a caribou carcass in between them.

Just my guess, we'll see...... :)
